When you place an order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and (if you give it) your email. We use these only to prepare, deliver and support your order, and to reply to your questions.

• We do not sell or share your details with anyone, except the courier who delivers your order and the payment provider (Razorpay) when you pay online.
• Online payments are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
• Your cart and wishlist are saved only in your own browser.
• To have your details removed from our records, message us on WhatsApp.

Refund and Returns Policy

No cancellation. No return. No refund.

Our products are food items, freshly prepared for each order, so we cannot accept cancellations, returns or refunds once an order is confirmed.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you receive a wrong or missing item, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. We will check and arrange a replacement where the problem is confirmed.

Shipping Policy

• We deliver from Nolambur, Chennai. Store pickup in Nolambur is also available.
• After you order, we confirm the total, delivery charges and payment on WhatsApp before we dispatch.
• Delivery time depends on your location and courier. We share the courier name and tracking number, which we send you on WhatsApp.
• For orders outside India, message us on WhatsApp for international delivery charges.
• Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

Terms and Conditions

• Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change without notice. The price at the time you place your order applies.
• An order is confirmed once payment is received, or once we confirm it with you on WhatsApp.
• Product photos are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly.
• Our products are made with natural ingredients that may include lentils, pulses, nuts, sesame and millets. Please check ingredients if you have allergies, and consult a doctor for any medical condition.
• Store products in a cool, dry place in an airtight container after opening.
• By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
