Natural whole-grain nutrition should be simple and transparent. Before you buy a daily health mix for your family, look past the front of the pack.
- 1Check the first ingredient. It should be a whole grain.
- 2Whole grains like ragi, wheat and jowar are best.
- 3Avoid mixes where sugar or malt comes first.
- 4Simple ingredients, real nutrition. No artificial additives.
